• High and low voltage testing capability in one unit to test the motor circuit and all the insulation
• Intuitive graphical user interface with touch screen
• USB printer interface to quickly print results
• Coil mode – quickly analyze coils and store all data
• Impulse mode allows the operator to quickly apply voltage when testing coils and DC motors
• Fully test DC motors, including bar to bar armature testing

We are a full service re-winding shop we can handle from small random wound motors 1hp-600hp 230/460/575 volt to large form coil wound motors 150hp-1500hp 2300volt-4160volt. AC or DC our in house re-winder has over 20 years experience so when the next big or small job comes along give us a call we’ll make sure it’s done right the first time.

WE OFFER BOOM AND FREIGHT TRUCK SERVICES

We offer boom truck service for pulling and setting pumps and motors. With 70ft of reach and 12 tons of lift we got you covered. We also have a service carrier with a fleet of 10 trucks. We can ship and deliver your electric motor/motors or anything else you may need across the nation in a timely manner.

AC Electric Motor Service offers complete generator, motor repair, rewinds, and reconditioning. We Service all makes and models of AC motors and generators. We run diagnostics and provide field services including comprehensive preventive maintenance and boom truck service.
